Ea-Tek team leader
Civil engineer, Ph.D. on hydraulics, hydrology and water resources in 2010 and has been working in the Civil Engineering Department of Dokuz Eylül University since 1997. In the period 2005-2008, he worked as National Expert and Country Desk Officer for Turkey at the European Environment Agency in Copenhagen, Denmark. His basic fields of research are GIS in water resources management, computer-based models of urban and rural watersheds, water resources planning, management, and environmental water assessments

CEM POLAT ÇETINKAYA

Civil engineer, Ph. D on hydraulics, hydrology and water resources. He is Assoc. Prof. of Civil Engineering at the Dokuz Eylül University. Expert on hydrologic simulation and GIS and remote sensing applications in water resources. Basic fields of research are stochastic time series analysis, monitoring network design, computer-based models of urban and rural watersheds, and water resources planning and management. Involved in several projects supported by EU and national institutions

GÜLAY ONUŞLUEL GÜL

Civil engineer, Ph. D on hydraulics, hydrology and water resources in 2005 and has been working as a research associate at the Civil Engineering Department of Dokuz Eylül University since 1997. Her basic fields of research are hydrologic/hydraulic and floodplain modeling, water resources planning and management, statistical hydrology, GIS, land use and land cover change dynamics, environmental data management. She worked as post-doctoral researcher at Technical University of Denmark between 2006 and 2008. Involved in several projects supported by EU and national institutions

FILIZ BARBAROS

Environmental Engineer, Ph. D. on institutional support systems for environmental management in 2001 and has been working in the Civil Engineering Department of Dokuz Eylül University Faculty of Engineering since 2002. Expert on water quality, water resources and environmental management. Involved in a number of research projects in the relevant areas, supported by EU, NATO, the British Council, IWMI, TUBITAK, DSI, the State Planning Agency and DEU
